At Low Hill Nursery School wellbeing and supporting mental health is an important part of our curriculum approach.
One of the stories we share with the children is "The Colour Monster". In the story a whole range of emotions are represented. The children were invited to wear colours to represent that all feelings are welcome.
The staff were joined by our Play Therapist Katie for staff development session to learn more about the process of Play Therapy.
Shelley works with LHNS one day a week supporting our approach to wellbeing. The children has been stretching and breathing in our calm corner.
